Resistancefighter.com Pinpoints Glyphosate-resistant Weeds on Local Level
May 13, 2010 |
A new website http://www.resistancefighter.com/ developed by Syngenta is now available to track the presence of glyphosate resistant weeds down to the county level. In an interactive display, the map highlights the location of university confirmed glyphosate-resistant weeds and incorporates data gathered from the Syngenta Solution Builder Module. The Module would tag in the map the specific state, county, crop, tillage information and problematic weeds that are most likely to be glyphosate resistant.
In addition, the website features recently published articles and university research from around the United States and an active dialogue on what's happening in the world of glyphosate weed resistance through testimonials and Ask the Expert Blog, among others.
