The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) has launched the new e-Book "Making a difference in Indian Agriculture-The Journey of ICAR" in the presence of the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India, Dr. Manmohan Singh on the Foundation Day of the ICAR, 16th July, 2011 in Delhi, India. The document is a concise pictorial depiction of the glorious journey of the ICAR and a tribute to the inspiring leadership and mentors. It amply demonstrates the milestones, innovations and transformations and the difference ICAR has made in the Indian Agriculture.
