GM and the 'Technical Solution'-The Meaning of Europe and Int'l Trade

EuropaBio released a position paper on the 'technical solution' for low-level presence of GM material in imported animal feeds. According to the paper, though a solution has been made, there are still future challenges in the international trade. To safeguard trade, EuropaBio has requested the European Union to process the dossiers of GM crops which have received a positive risk assessment from the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) in a timely manner.
