Global Cassava Partnership Conference

Cassava: Overcoming challenges of global climatic change is the theme of the Global Cassava Partnership Second Scientific Conference GCP21-11. The conference will be held at the Speke Resort and Conference Centre, Kampala, Uganda on June 18-22, 2011.
The Partnership is composed of 45 institutions from around the world and deals with the international cassava research and development community. Up for discussion as it relates to cassava, are socio-economics, biodiversity and genetic resources, starch modification, genomics, molecular genetic markers and gene discovery, and technology transfer.
