The Italian Agency for the Promotion of European Research (APRE) is organizing a conference dedicated to 'Food, agriculture and fisheries, and biotechnology', the theme of the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7) on 14 September in Rome, Italy. The event aims to inform about European research policy and funding instruments, as well as to promote participation in FP7 in the field of food, agriculture and fisheries, and biotechnology. Italian and European research experts are expected to contribute to the discussion and consortium-building sessions.
