Kernels of Change: Luzon Farmers and Biotech Corn
This video summarizes the process that farmers in selected provinces of Luzon, Philippines, go through as they learn and eventually adopt biotech corn. The video is based on a study conducted by the College of Development Communication in UP Los BaƱos; the International Service for the Acquisition of Agri-biotech Applications (ISAAA); and the Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA).
