The 2013 Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, COP19, will take place in Warsaw, Poland, between 11 and 22 November 2013. COP19 in Warsaw, Poland is the perfect opportunity to reignite topics including climate change policy, the green economy, renewable energy, the use of fossil fuels and the original ambition of the COP process of stabilizing the levels of green house gases in the earth's atmosphere.
