CGIAR Publishes Book on its Institutional Evolution

The Consortium of International Agricultural Researches (CGIAR), coinciding with the organization's 40th anniversary, has launched a publication that traces CGIAR's global scientific initiatives for almost half a century. The publication tackled the institutional evolution of the CGIAR in the context of global developments, particularly when they influence the work of the CGIAR. Major changes in CGIAR strategy are discussed along with their institutional implications. The findings of key studies on the impact of the Centers are summarized chronologically as they were published.
