2012 Biotech Humanitarian Award

The Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO) is now accepting nominations for the Biotech Humanitarian Award to honor the individual that exceptionally used the potential of biotechnology to heal, fuel, or feed the world. This nomination is open to all biotech professionals including scientists, researchers, educators, and others who had significant contributions for the improvement of the society.
This year's awardee will receive 10,000USD which will be given during the 2012 BIO International Convention, in Boston, Massachusetts on June 18-21, 2012.
