Biotechnology Havana 2011 with the theme "Ag-Biotech: contributing to face global challenges" will be held on November 28 to December 3, 2011 at the Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology, Havana, Cuba. The international conference aims to "update the scientific community with the most relevant results in Agro-Biotech around the world and to give the possibility to exchange results and novelties with the top-level researcher in the field." The main topics that will be discussed are the following:
