ILSI Workshops on GM Stacked Traits
September 3, 2010 |
The International Life Sciences Institute (ILSI) Southeast Asia Region will hold two separate workshops on Science and Regulatory Perspectives on Stacked Events in Genetically-Modified Crops in Bangkok, Thailand on September 20-21, 2010, and Jakarta, Indonesia on September 22-23, 2010. ILSI says that "application of a science-based approach in regulating stacked gene products will help to provide assurances to public health as well as aid the development of plant biotechnology in the region".
