
INDoSol Course to be held in Indonesia

A course on "Plant Structure and Reproduction in Evolution - A New Approach" will be held on 13-17 July 2009 in the IPB Campus at Baranangsiang, Bogor. The course is organized by INDoSol (Indonesia - Netherlands for Development of Solanaceous Vegetables). The INDoSol summer course is a part of INDoSol program on "High Quality Solanaceous Vegetables by Exploration of Natural Biodiversity". It will cover researches on plant Iife evolution and organization of sexual reproduction as well as topics on aspects of molecular regulation of flower initiation and flower development, spore formation, spore dispersal, haploid plant development, gamete differentiation and on sporophyte and seed development processes.
