What: Advances in Plant Genomics 2014 (APG, Online Event)
When: October 7-8, 2014
A pioneering new platform specially developed for scientific events will be used during APG 2014. The event can be accessed using personal computers, tablets, and mobile devices. During the event, hot topics in plant genomics will be addressed in a webinar-style auditorium with opportunity for live Q&A after each talk. Focus will be given to current efforts to enhance plant resistance to disease, as well as the optimization of plant growth for both food and biofuel. Presentations will also highlight the use of next-generation technologies and bioinformatics.
