The Food Security Policy Context in Brazil

The International Policy Center for Inclusive Growth of the United Nations Development Programme released a country report on The Food Security Policy Context in Brazil. The report tackles the various policies implemented in the country to combat hunger, as well as the different dimensions of the food security policy framework. Though it is the second largest producer of GM crops, Brazil still faces significant challenges in reconciling agricultural-production practices with food and nutritional security issues.
