This new publication presents 20 papers delivered during the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Conference "Challenges for Agricultural Research" organized by OECD's Co-operative Research Programme on Biological Resource Management for Sustainable Agricultural Systems, together with the Czech Republic's Ministry of Agriculture. The papers highlight recent major developments in agricultural research outcomes and address the challenges that may come in the future.
