Barwale Foundation Annual Day Lecture

Dr. Gebisa Ejeta, Distinguished Professor of Plant Breeding and Genetics, Purdue University, USA will be the key speaker for this year's Barwale Foundation Annual Day lecture to be organized on September 6, 2010 at the Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI) Auditorium, New Delhi. Dr. Ejeta, winner of the World Food Prize 2009, will deliver a lecture on "Global Food Security in the Face of Emerging Challenges". The Barwale Foundation is a non-profit, non-government, philanthropic organization with a mission to promote research, technology and knowledge in the areas of agriculture, healthcare and education for human welfare.
