
PeruBiotec Holds Agribiotech Conference

PeruBiotec will hold a conference on Avances, Situación y Futuro de la Agrobiotecnología (Status and Prospects of Agricultural Biotechnology) on July 15 at the Sala Virreynal del Hotel Country Club Lima. The conference will pay homage to Dr. Norman Borlaug, father of the Green Revolution. Dr. Clive James, founder and chair of the International Service for the Acquisition of Agri-biotech Applications (ISAAA) will discuss the global status report of biotech/GM crops in 2009.
