
Tropical Vegetable Improvement Seminar

To commemorate the Silver Jubilee of Bejo Sheetal Seeds Pvt. Ltd. India in 2011, an International Seminar on Tropical Vegetable Improvement using conventional breeding and biotech tools will be organized in collaboration with Bejo Zadev b.v., Bejo Sheetal Bioscience Foundation, Michigan State University and Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth from February 4 to 7, 2011 at Hotel Ambassador Ajanta, Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India. The main theme of the seminar is to discover ways to meet sufficient production of tropical vegetables for Indian farmers and those from developing countries by 2020 using conventional breeding techniques and biotechnological tools. Key speakers in the field of biotech sciences from various countries including USA, Netherland, Belgium and other countries of Europe, Africa and Asia are expected to attend.
