ISAAA Inc. and DA Biotech Release Pinoy Biotek Digest

ISAAA Inc., in partnership with the Philippine Agriculture and Fisheries Biotechnology Program of the Department of Agriculture (DA Biotech), released Pinoy Biotek Digest, an e-zine that features different biotech products developed in the Philippines.
Some of the innovations presented in the issues include mudfish spawning technology, BioMeg, and red mold rice. The issues are digitally distributed for free to those who have signified their interest to subscribe to the e-zine.
Pinoy Biotek Digest is part of the project titled "Awareness Building on Biotechnology and Products of Philippine Biotechnology (Conventional and Modern Biotechnology)," also called "Pinoy Biotek na Tayo" which prioritizes communicating biotechnology to help increase the awareness of the general public on Pinoy biotech crops and products.
