2nd Global Conference on Agriculture, Food Security and Climate Change

The second Global Conference on Agriculture, Food Security and Climate Change, co-organized by the governments of Vietnam and the Netherlands and in close collaboration with the World Bank and Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) will be held on September 3-7, 2012 in Hanoi, Vietnam.
With the theme, Hunger for Action, the conference will contribute to the next round of UN climate-change negotiations to be held in Doha, Qatar on November 2012. The conference also has a unique opportunity to draw from the Rio+20 Conference on Sustainable Development result and support the implementation of the Rio outcomes.
