The Genetics Society of America (Genetics) published a review on Plant Genetics, Sustainable Agriculture, and Global Food Security, written by University of California professor, Pamela Ronald. The review features how genetically engineered crops have been integrated with various agricultural techniques in different countries. It also discusses the present and future contributions of biotechnology to sustainable agricultural systems.
