
6th Solanaceae Genome Workshop (SOL 2009)

The 6th Solanaceae Genome Workshop will be organized by the University of Hyderabad, Delhi University and the Department of Biotechnology (DBT) at Hotel Le Meridien in New Delhi, India, from November 8- 3, 2009. As in past years, SOL 2009 will bring together a spectrum of scientists working on different aspects of Solanaceae ranging from biodiversity, genetics, plant-pathogen interaction, genomics and bioinformatics. SOL 2009 will be a forum to discuss and present new information generated by the study of Solanaceae species, including progress in the sequencing of various Solanaceae genomes.
