
Knowledge Management Conference in BKK

The International Conference on Knowledge Management in Agribiotechnology: The Asian Experience will be held October 1-2, 2009 in Bangkok, Thailand. It will attempt to construct an integrated regional knowledge management base through North-South, South-South sharing of experiences on KM interventions in biotechnology research, and technology transfer and adoption with the end goal of providing relevant policy recommendations. The conference is being organized by the Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA) and the International Service for the Acquisition of Agri-biotech Applications (ISAAA).
Thematic presentations are: agribiotechnology and KM, KM platforms for regulatory policies governing agricultural biotechnology, capacity building for KM, and group knowledge management and networking.
