"Biofuel Bonanza Should Benefit the Poor" is the theme of the inaugural issue of SASA or State-of the Art on Semi-Arid Agriculture, an online newsletter published by the International Crops Research Center for the Semi-Arid Tropics. This issue features sorghum and its contribution to the biofuels frontier. Specific updates are provided on the crop, its environmental and economic impacts, and commercialization aspects.
