Chatham House, the Royal Institute of International Affairs, released the research paper titled On Trial: Agricultural Biotechnology in Africa. The article provides a brief overview of debates about biotechnology which impede biotech development and adoption in Africa. It also contains a discussion on how the barriers to the technology are influenced by wider political and institutional factors.
