Country Facts and Trends

ISAAA publishes the third top five developing countries in the series Biotech Country Facts and Trends for Burkina Faso, Myanmar, Mexico, Chile and Colombia. The series is a one- to two-page summaries highlighting the commercialization of biotech crops. Data on biotech crop commercialization (hectarage and adoption), approvals and planting, benefits and future prospects in each country are presented in a brief and easily understandable manner. The contents are all based on ISAAA Brief 44: Global Status of Commercialized Biotech/GM Crops in 2012 authored by Clive James.
