Paraguay Approves New Biotech Soybean Variety

Paraguay approved the commercialization of biotech soybean Intacta RR2 Pro (MON87701 x MON89788), as announced by the country's agriculture ministry. The biotech soybean has tolerance to glyphosate herbicides, and can also protect the crop from caterpillars. Paraguay is one of the largest exporters of soybeans.
