FAO's 18th Email Conference on GMOs in the Pipeline in Agriculture in Developing Countries

The 18th Food and Agriculture Organization's Email Conference which ran from 5 November to 2 December was recenlty concluded with a Report published online. The Conference entitled GMOs in the pipeline: Looking to the next five years in the crop, forestry, livestock, aquaculture and agro-industry sectors in developing countries, aimed "to look into the near future in order to inform the debate about GMOs in the pipeline, considering the specific kind of GMOs that are likely to be commercialized in developing countries over the next five years and to discuss their potential implications"
