IFPRI's Brief 11 - Delivering Nutrients Widely Through Biofortification: Building on Orange Sweet Potato

The International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) has released the 11th brief of its series on scaling up in agriculture, rural development and nutrition. The said brief, titled Delivering Nutrients Widely Through Biofortification: Building on Orange Sweet Potato, highlights the biofortification strategy  to reduce nutritional deficiencies of vitamin and mineral that are widespread in low-income populations by developing nutrient-rich varieties of food crops that are considered as poors' staple such as sweet potato.
