ISAAA publishes Pocket K No. 41 on Nutritionally-enhanced GM Feed Crops. The two-page, easy to understand publication features feed crops such as soybean, corn, legumes, barley and others, designed and modified to improve their nutritional quality. Traits such as increased proteins and amino acids, improved fatty acids, biologically active substances, improved elemental nutrients, and reduced toxins and anti-nutritive factors are discussed.
