Training Opportunity To Learn About Wheat Genetics

The Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council (BBSRC) funded Wheat Improvement Strategic Programme (WISP) offers a course on Wheat Genetics to grain researchers in the UK and international undergraduates, junior breeders, PhD students and postdocs. The course will focus on genetic analysis and methodologies employed in WISP at the John Innes Centre. The four day course  which will be held at the John Innes Centre involves classroom lectures, hand-on lab exercises, and phenotyping methods appropriate for a wheat genetics programme.
