2nd World Seed Conference 2009

The 2nd World Seed Conference, with the theme “Responding to the Challenges of the Changing World: The Role of New Plant Varieties and High Quality Seed in Agriculture”, will be held on September 8-10, 2009 at the FAO headquarters in Rome, Italy. The event is organized by the International Seed Testing Association (ISTA), Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and the International Union for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants (UPOV).
