DNA barcoding as well as high throughput sequencing methods in relation to plant genetic resources characterization will be discussed in the upcoming "Workshop on Applying Modern Genomic Tools to the Management and Characterization of Plant Genetic Resources". The workshop is to be held at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver BC on July 26-30, 2008.
