The conference is to be held on 4-6 April 2007 in Lindau, Germany. The event is designed to attract and stimulate the interests of those who will play a leading role in international research over future decades. ICSU is a non-governmental organization representing a global membership that includes both national scientific bodies and international scientific unions.
