
Country Biotech Facts and Trends

ISAAA releases the third batch in the revised series Biotech Country Facts and Trends. This last set features the five developing biotech countries of Burkina Faso, Myanmar, Mexico, Colombia, and Sudan. Biotech Country Facts and Trends are concise summaries highlighting the commercialization of biotech crops in specific countries. Data on biotech crop commercialization (hectarage and adoption), approvals and planting, benefits and future prospects for each country are presented in a brief and easily understandable manner. The contents are based on ISAAA Brief 46: Global Status of Commercialized Biotech/GM Crops in 2013, authored by Clive James.
