EFSA's Opinion on GM Potato Post Market Monitoring Report

A Post -Market Environmental Monitoring (PMEM) on the cultivation of the GM Amflora potato has been completed and published by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA). EFSA's Panel on GMO assessed the 2010 PMEM report which concluded that the Amflora potato had no adverse effects on human and animal health or the environment during the 2010 growing season.
