11^th International Gluten Workshop

The 11^th International Gluten Workshop will be held from Aug 12 to 16, 2012 in Fragrant Hill Empark Hotel, Beijing, China. It is jointly organized by the Institute of Crop Science, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS), the Institute of Genetics and Developmental Biology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), and the International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center (CIMMYT). Scientists from around the world are invited to present their breakthroughs in gluten research and other aspects of wheat quality.
