International Science Technology Integration Project in Vietnam

Vietnam Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung approved a project on international integration in science and technology. The government intends to speed up technological reform particularly in the use of advanced technology to improve the competitiveness of its products. It will also help enterprises acquire invention copyrights in some key fields for research.
Through the initiative, local scientists will engage in collaborative work with foreign scientists. This is intended to improve the capacity of its scientists by 2015.
