Australian OGTR Invites Comments for GM Cotton Field Trials

The Office of Gene Technology Regulator, Australia invites comments for Monsanto Australia's application to conduct a field trial of genetically modified cotton. The insect resistant and herbicide tolerant cotton will be tested in field trial for agronomic performance between October 2013 and October 2019 in 56 possible local government areas in Western Australia, NSW, and Queensland.
